• Browse through our product collections and select the items you’re interested in purchasing.

• Add each item to your shopping cart.

• There is no payment required at checkout — this form simply lets us know what products you wish to order.

 

🔹 STEP 2: Submit Your Cart

 

• When you’re finished adding items, go to your cart and click “Submit Order Inquiry” (or “Checkout / Send Order Request”, depending on your device).

• Your cart submission will be sent directly to our sales team.

• Please make sure your business name, shipping address, email, and phone number are correct so we can reach you quickly.

 

🔹 STEP 3: Personal Review & Confirmation

 

• Once we receive your order request, our team will personally review your cart, product availability, and shipping options.

• We will contact you immediately (usually within the same business day) to confirm quantities, shipping method (container, LCL, or air), and any custom packaging or display options.

 

🔹 STEP 4: Invoice & Payment

• After review, we will prepare and send you an official invoice for your order, showing all details — itemized products, quantities, total cost, and shipping terms.

• You’ll be able to complete payment once you approve the invoice.

• No charges are processed automatically through the website — all orders are verified and invoiced manually for accuracy and best shipping rates.

 

💰 Payment Terms

• New customers: Payment in full is required prior to shipment (unless agreed upon otherwise).

• Established accounts: May qualify for 50% deposit and 50% balance upon shipment or delivery confirmation (unless agreed upon otherwise).

• We accept bank wire transfers, Zelle, or company checks (subject to clearance).

• All payments must be made in U.S. dollars (USD).

• Once payment is received, we will confirm and release your order for shipment.

 

🔹 STEP 5: Shipping & Delivery

• Once payment is received, your order is processed for shipping directly from our warehouse or factory.

• We ship worldwide — by container, LCL, LTL, or air freight depending on order size and destination.

• Tracking and logistics updates will be provided via email.
