World Source Manufacturing Inc. (“Company”) is a wholesale supplier of novelty products intended for resale by retailers. All products are sold as-is and are intended for novelty, entertainment, or decorative use only. They are not intended for use by children under the age of 14 unless specifically stated otherwise on the product packaging.

By purchasing from the Company, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

  1. No Warranties: The Company makes no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

  2. Resale Compliance: It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure that the resale, distribution, and marketing of all products comply with applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to labeling, safety, and age restrictions.

  3. Liability Limitation: The Company shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use, misuse, or resale of any products.

  4. Indemnification: Buyers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or related to the use or resale of the products.

  5. Product Representation: Images and descriptions on our marketing materials or website are for reference only. Products may vary in color, size, or packaging.

Welcome to World Source Manufacturing Inc. We are a wholesale supplier specializing in a wide range of novelty and utility products designed for resale in convenience stores, truck stops, gift shops, pharmacies, and other retail outlets.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following basic terms and conditions:

1. Wholesale Only

World Source Manufacturing Inc. sells exclusively to verified wholesale buyers and distributors. A valid reseller’s permit, tax ID, or business license may be required before purchase.

2. Pricing & Minimum Orders

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Minimum order requirements may apply. Volume discounts may be available on select products.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of order unless credit terms have been pre-approved. We accept  wire transfers, and company checks (upon approval).

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be added to your invoice unless otherwise arranged. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon shipment.

5. Returns & Damages

All sales are final. Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged merchandise and must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Return authorization is required.

6. Product Use & Safety

Our novelty products are sold for resale and general entertainment, promotional, or decorative use only. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to the resale, labeling, and use of the products.

7. Limitation of Liability

World Source Manufacturing Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or resale of our products.

8. Intellectual Property

All product images, logos, trademarks, and content on our website and marketing materials are the property of World Source Manufacturing Inc. and may not be used without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
