Refund Policy – World Source Manufacturing Inc.
At World Source Manufacturing Inc., all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances unless the product is found to be damaged upon delivery.
To qualify for a refund due to damage, the following conditions must be met:

Damage Notification
Any claim of damaged merchandise must be submitted within one (1) working week of receiving the product. -
Proof of Damage
Claims must include photo evidence of the damaged item(s), along with a description of the issue and your invoice or order number. -
Return Authorization
If a return is approved, you will be provided with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions for returning the damaged goods. -
Final Determination
All refund approvals are at the sole discretion of World Source Manufacturing Inc. No credit or refund will be issued for claims submitted after the one-week period.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy.
